and i know for certain that golden gate is a problem going east down the hill towards steiner. there is areas where there is a number of accidents and bicyclists and pedestrians. just trying to understand how these were prioritized over others. and a comparison of those particular areas based on the numbers. so i can make a better decision about whether or not i can wholeheartedly support these projects or support something else. >> that is good feedback and something that we heard at the task force meeting is telling a story about a project. and that is something that we can do. we have that data, so we know along this corridor what the collision factors were. and so we can definitely bring that information forward. >> and then the last comment i had, and this is probably taken place before regarding the bulb outs. we have especially during rainy seasons a lot of back-up with our sewage. i am not certain what the decision of the bulb out are made and how they are addressed so they are better what exists, to help avoid the back-up that we sometimes experience during the rain. i

so, we opened up on steiner street where we sold tortilla -- i didn't, but he sold tortillas wrapped in paper, string, and they were delivered in model-a cars. then in 1960 we moved to fillmore and pine where they opened a jazz club and it was on the same block of [speaker not understood] where they were very instrumental in the jazz scene from the fillmore -- in the fillmore. up until -- around 1970, mid 1970s we moved to 24th street and i went to st. peter's after school. i'd have to go to work and [speaker not understood] customers standing on milk cartons or i would have to put labels on the containers for our products. around that time there was a tortilla war and there was a tortilla cartel -- [laughter] >>> that's another story. so, we decided to get into the salsa business. it is on chestnut street in between pierson steiner. it has become one of the main stays of chestnut street over the last five years since they've been around. these proprietors also have a number of other restaurants here in san francisco, from super-duper, star [speaker not understood], all the other one that you've run. this one to me is -- ha become a favorite. i think what is amazing is that your restaurant appeals to people across all age groups and all times of the day. ~ has i've never seen a busier restaurant on chestnut street. congratulations for all your success. the last year -- we have three children. two of them are of the age where they can actually go into your restaurant. when we asked them where they wanted to go for their birthday dinners the last year, both of them said they want to go do to de la rosa. it is the favorite place to go with their grandparents. my parents live in the marina district. my wife and i whenever we're out and happen to be out late at night we always end up at your restaurant if we can find a
